The company was founded in 1990 by Robertas Shertvytis like software developing company.
Our main customers from very beginning were big state companies like Lithuaniain Telecom an Lithuanian post. The last one is still now our biggest customer. In last three years we were developing Internet based software for websites, e-commerce, direct Internet marketing, customer relation management
Soon we began assemble an sell personal computers and servers. Our TORNADO computer brand name became well known in Lithuania. We were selling to small and medium bussines companies as well to home users.

1993 Opened branch office and retail shop in Klaipeda

1994 Opened branch office and retail shop in Kaunas
1995 Opened branch office and retail shop in Siauliai
1997 Opened retail shop in Vilnius, Gostauto 4
1998 Certificated TORNADO computers in Lithuania
1998 Bought own premises in Vilnius, Kaunas and Siauliai
1999 Opened E-commerce system for TORNADO computers
2001 We got ISO 9001 certificate for computer assembling and network solutions
2002 We developed own business managing system AIVA 9001 and began use it for marketing, selling and logistics.
2003 We closed retail shops in Klaipėda, Kaunas, iauliai and Vilnius and begin work more like system integrators using our developed software AIVA 9001 and Internet services, which provide our douther company AIVANETAS Ltd.,
